Tumultuous times call for desperate measures!

SINGAPORE – Greetings and salutations, fellow stargazers! This is your Showbiz Sista getting on the soapbox to welcome year-end blockbuster time again on Channel 8. This year, it’s Part Two of the The Journey trilogy: Tumultuous Times!

The action fast-forwards from The Journey: A Voyage into the 1940’s, and the show takes you through the, well, tumultuous times of Singapore’s nation-building years, up until the 1960’s: Riots, triads and war, oh my!

We put the show’s stars Shaun Chen, Romeo Tan, Felicia Chin, Jeanette Aw, Andie Chen and Carrie Wong to the test: Which of their fellow cast members would they want on their side during a tumultuous time? Conversely, who would they not want with them, say, in the event of a zombie attack? (Not in the video: The part where Andie says, “Romeo’s a big guy -- he’ll probably last longer when I throw him to the zombies.”)
