SINGAPORE — Milo has risen to the occasion to host Nathan Hartono's Milo party. It announced on Thursday afternoon (Oct 6) that a Milo van will be deployed on Friday from 11 am to 8pm at Plaza Singapura's Level 1, Front Plaza (Outdoor) to showcase its support for Nathan who will be competing Friday evening live at Beijing National Stadium.

“Win or lose, Singaporeans will get their MILO peng. This is to show our appreciation for Nathan Hartono’s remarkable achievements, as well as all Singaporeans who have contributed to the country in one way or another,” said Mr Chow Phee Chat, Director, Marketing Communications and Corporate Affairs of Nestlé Singapore. “We are heartened and moved by the overwhelming number of suggestions from Singaporeans on locations for our MILO vans."

More Milo vans will be mobilised to reach other parts of the island. Chow revealed that Milo vans will be sent to north, south, east, west and central districts of Singapore. More details will be shared soon.

Plaza Singapura was selected as it was "convenient, accessible and has high footfall. This echoes comments made by the general public as well as Nathan", according to Milo.
