SINGAPORE — A car caught fire yesterday evening (June 15) at the junction of Rivervale Lane and Punggol Road.

SINGAPORE — A car caught fire yesterday evening (June 15) at the junction of Rivervale Lane and Punggol Road.

The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) received a call for assistance at 7.17pm. One fire engine and one red rhino was despatched by the SCDF to the scene. Upon arrival, the fire was extinguished using one water jet. No injuries were reported, said the SCDF. According to a caller named Andy, the fire described as “huge”.

SCDF said the incident is still under investigation.
