Man found murdered outside Jalan Besar hostel
SINGAPORE — A 42-year-old man was found dead outside The Trey hostel adjacent to KSP Pub & KTV along Jalan Besar on Monday night (July 11).

SINGAPORE — A 42-year-old man was found dead outside The Trey hostel adjacent to KSP Pub & KTV along Jalan Besar on Monday night (July 11).
The police said they received a call for assistance at about 11.19pm. Upon arrival, the victim was found lying motionless. He was pronounced dead at scene by paramedics about 10 minutes later.
The police have classified the case as murder and investigations are ongoing.
This is the third case of unnatural death in the last four days. On Saturday morning, a 52-year-old man was found murdered in Geylang and was pronounced dead by paramedics at the scene at about 8.11am.
On the same day, a 26-year-old man was found motionless at Block 279, Yishun Street 22 and pronounced dead at 8.29pm. A 20-year-old man was arrested in connection to the case.
