A police spokesman, who confirmed the arrest today (July 7), said that investigations are ongoing.

In the CCTV footage, which has gone viral, the teacher at the Blk 192 Toa Payoh My First Skool was seen mishandling a three year old boy, causing him to sustain a hairline fracture on his shin. The case is believed to have occured on July 5.
