Mr Goh Meng Seng, People's Power Party
Mr Goh says the PPP will "try to fill all the seats that are not contested".
Mr Harminder Pal Singh, Singapore Democratic Alliance (SDA)
Mr Harminder Pal Singh led the SDA’s team in contesting in Pasir Ris-Punggol in the 2011 General Election. He said the SDA has 10 to 15 potential candidates and will choose the best six to contest in the Pasir Ris-Punggol GRC.
Mr Jarrod Luo collected nomination forms for two GRCs and two SMCs
Mr Jarrod Luo, 31, (middle) was accompanied by two of his friends to collect forms for two GRCs and two SMCs. He resigned from SDP in 2012. He declined to reveal which party he is from for now. Mr Luo is currently a Chief Operating Officer in a software development company.
Mr Tan Lam Siong, Independent hopeful
Former National Solidarity Party secretary-general Tan Lam Siong, who has gone from voter to independent candidate, said he is "enjoying every minute of it". He earlier said he wanted to contest in Potong Pasir SMC as an independent candidate.
Activist Han Hui Hui was spotted collecting a nomination form.
She declined to speak to the media.
At about 2.30pm, a People's Action Party (PAP) member from Cheng San Branch in Ang Mo Kio GRC came down to collect the forms.
Mr Mohamad Hamim, Democratic Progressive Party (DPP)
The DPP chairman collected forms on behalf of the candidates for the five-member Bishan Toa Payoh GRC. He said: “Candidates hasn't been decided yet, negotiations are still (ongoing). It has been a friendly negotiation between DPP and SPP (Singapore People's Party)." When asked if he would be contesting, he said: "It depends."
Ms Nor Lella Mardiiiah Mohamed, National Solidarity Party (NSP)
Ms Nor Lella collected several forms for the NSP this afternoon. When asked about the number of seats they were contesting for, she said: "Nothing has changed from what the NSP President has said (previously)."
Mr Andy Zhu and Mr Kumar Appavoo, Reform Party (RP)
RP chairman Andy Zhu said: “We are collecting (all the) forms on behalf of the RP for 2 GRCs and 1 SMC. There are 11 candidates altogether.” He added that they “have been walking the grounds since 2011”.
Mr Kumar Appavoo, 46, who was a former West Coast candidate in 2011, re-joined the party last week.

He declined to speak to the media.
Mr Gerald Giam and Mr Muhamad Faisal Abdul Manap, Workers' Party (WP)
Mr Giam said the party has submitted its candidates' Political Donation Certificates and certificates from the Malay Community Committee and the Indian and Other Minority Communities Committee. He said the party wanted to submit the certificates early so as to avoid any last-minute scramble. The WP will be announcing its first batch of candidates this afternoon.
Mr Zeng Guo Yuan, Independent hopeful
The 63-year-old said he wants to contest in Potong Pasir SMC. Mr Zeng was diagnosed with nose cancer last year, and underwent surgery to amputate his nose. He also had surgery to remove part of his large intestine after it was found that the cancer cells had spread.
Mr Jeffrey George, Singapore Democratic Party (SDP)
The SDP chairman collected nomination forms on behalf of the party this morning. He said: "We've geared up ever since the last election. We have been (walking) the grounds. We have all our forces on the ground. SDP will introduce the rest of the candidates daily."
Mr Ooi Boon Ewe, Independent hopeful
Former private tutor Ooi Boon Ewe, who tried and failed to contest in previous elections, said he wants to contest in Sengkang West SMC. He also sang a song telling people to vote wisely.
The 32-year-old Uber driver was the first candidate to pick up his nomination form this morning. He said that he wants to contest in Bukit Panjang SMC. "My interest is in transport policies," he said.
