Universal Studios S’pore named top amusement park in Asia by TripAdvisor for 4th consecutive year
SINGAPORE — Universal Studios Singapore has been named the top amusement park in Asia for the forth consecutive year by travel site TripAdvisor on Thursday (June 29), ahead of Hong Kong Disneyland and Universal Studios Japan.

SINGAPORE — Universal Studios Singapore has been named the top amusement park in Asia for the forth consecutive year by travel site TripAdvisor on Thursday (June 29), ahead of Hong Kong Disneyland and Universal Studios Japan.
The attraction also placed 17th globally in the 2017 Travellers’ Choice awards for Amusement Parks (World). Coming in first on the list is Universal’s Islands of Adventure in the United States.
Hong Kong Disneyland came in second for Asia and placed 25th globally. Third on Asia’s list is Hong Kong’s Ocean Park, followed by Universal Studios Japan (4th) and Legoland Malaysia (10th). According to TripAdvisor, award winners were determined using an algorithm that took into account the quantity and quality of reviews and ratings for amusement parks worldwide, gathered over a 12-month period.
