Alex Man, 65, criticised for getting too handsy again

This is not the first time the Hong Kong actor has been accused of being overtly friendly.

Hong Kong actor Alex Man, 65, has been plagued by a series of less-than-complimentary news in recent years, with most of it focused on how the star can’t seem to keep his hands to himself.

In May last year, he made headlines after he was caught on video attempting to hug this female dancer, who was obviously trying to get away from him.

And now, another video of the actor at an event in China has surfaced.

In the clip, Alex looked to be in high spirits.

Is Alex back at it again?

At one point, a young man and woman approach Alex to help him around the venue. As they stop below the stage for a photo together, Alex turns to the woman for a side-hug, before attempting to plant a kiss on her cheek.

Though the woman did not have any visible reaction to Alex, netizens have criticised the actor for getting “too handsy” again.

This isn't exactly a good track record for Alex.

Many shared that Alex should not be behaving like this towards others, and wondered why he did not act as chummy to the young man who was also by his side.

Others attempted to explain Alex’s actions, reasoning that the actor has “always been this way”, and that he is known for being “enthusiastic” and “ friendly” with others.

That's Alex's wife in the picture on the left, and their son in the picture on the right.

Alex is married to former flight attendant Kwok Ming Lai, 58. The couple tied the knot in 2002, and have a 20-year-old son, Man Tai Chin, together.
