40-year-old Chinese actor Du Chun — not to be mistaken for Wu Chun — raised eyebrows when he announced that he's married and was going to be a father back in January.

Since then, all eyes have been on his 33-year-old wife, Wang Can, who has been described by netizens as being “prettier than the average celeb”.

Wang Can's newfound fame has gotten her a steady following on social media, and it was especially evident after her Nov 3 post on XiaoHongShu.

After sharing her mirror selfies, Wang Can was called the “most relatable celeb wife” by netizens, who felt that the lack of luxury items in her OOTD was refreshing.

They also added they're “sick of influencers who dress themselves in branded goods” but “don’t look good at all”.

This being the internet, there were also trolls who only had nasty things to say about her outfit.

Like this one netizen who commented: “I can’t believe that this is what a celeb’s wife would wear.

Wang Can, however, wasn't one to take this petty insult lying down. She shot back: “Isn’t being comfortable the most important when you’re home?”
