Last year, Taiwanese media reported that Taiwanese cheerleader Qun Qun, who dated late singer-actor Alien Huang before he passed away in 2020, was seen hanging out with You Are The Apple Of My Eye star Kai Ko late into the night. 

That then led many to wonder: Are Qun Qun, 32, and Kai, 31, now seeing each other?

On top of that, some netizens compared the photos posted by both stars on their respective social media platforms, and claimed to have found similar-looking yellow star-shaped displays in their pics. 

However, both parties soon clarified that they're just good friends who have known each other for more than 10 years. 

Sadly, that did not manage to placate some fans who think Qun Qun has moved on too quickly.

One netizen even rudely commented: "Alien's body is not even cold yet" while another scorned: "There are many 'cousins' [a Chinese saying for two guys who have had sexual relations with the same girl] in showbiz". 

So mean right?! 

Even Taiwanese actor Kao Ying-Hsuan thinks this is too much.

In fact, things got so bad that Taiwanese actor Kao Ying-Hsuan decided to stand up for Qun Qun on his Instagram. 

"She's not even married, and Qun Qun is so young. You mean you want her to remain a widow for 79 years?" he wrote.
