Veteran Hong Kong actress Louis Lee’s daughter, radio jock and magazine editor Leslie Yip, 49, has tied the knot with her fiancé, British photographer Simon Boucher-Harris.

The intimate wedding was held in the garden of the couple’s home in Ontario, Canada on July 15 and Louise took to Instagram to post snippets from the celebration.

"Big day! May you be together till old age,” wrote the A Kindred Spirit actress.

That tea must have tasted so sweet

Louise shared with Hong Kong media earlier that although she dislikes travelling long distance, she would do it for her daughter.

She added that Simon has good family values and that Leslie has found the “right person at the right time”.

Third time's the charm

This is Leslie’s third marriage.

In 2005, she split from her first husband Ng Hoi Mau after four years of marriage. Two years later, she got hitched to radio executive Anson Wong. They divorced in 2015 due to "differences in lifestyles".

Leslie and Simon got engaged in 2018.

Congrats!

Louise herself is twice divorced.

Leslie is Louise's only child from her first marriage to Yip Chi Pang, who was then Hong Kong's chief forensic pathologist.

They split in 1989 after Louise found out that he was having an affair. Following their divorce, Leslie went to live with her dad in Canada.

Louise’s second marriage in 1992 also ended in divorce after three years.
