HK singer Keung To named third most handsome face in the world for 2023; ahead of all BTS members and Chinese heartthrob Xiao Zhan
Yes, the world.
Another year, another controversial poll.
Did we expect anything less from TC Candler and The Independent Critics?
Last night (Dec 28), they released their much anticipated ‘The 100 Most Handsome Faces’ and ‘The 100 Most Beautiful Faces’ to much online chatter.
This year, it seems netizens are picking on HK singer Keung To, who came in third, beating out Korean superstars such as BTS’s V (10th) who topped the list in 2017 and Jungkook (16th) and Chinese actor Xiao Zhan (30th).
The only two men who are more handsome than Keung To, at least according to the poll, are Timothee Chalamet, who was number 1 and runner-up Henry Cavill.

Though many of Keung To’s fans came out to congratulate him with one saying his ranking was “well-deserved”, some were not convinced.
Interestingly, this is not the first time the Mirror band member has been in the top 100. In fact, he placed fifth last year.
Singapore’s very own Ayden Sng, 30, and Glenn Yong, 27 also earned spots in this year’s list coming in 14th and 75th respectively, beating out Hollywood heartthrobs such as Jacob Elordi (97th) and Robert Pattinson (86th).
Apparently, Ayden’s fan club, The Baeden Club started canvassing votes for the Mediacorp actor as early as the middle of this year.
Thankfully, no one has come out to criticise both Ayden and Glenn’s placings in this year’s rankings.
The polls have been published annually since 1990 and this year’s edition had 2,656 people voting via monetisation platform Patreon.
Yes, all those votes are paid for.
