Kimberly Chia, 26, Just Gave Birth To A Boy

Local actress Kimberly Chia, 26, has given birth to a baby boy.

The actress, who surprised everyone last year when she announced that she is married and going to be a mum, took to IG yesterday (May 4) to share the happy news.

In her post, the new mum wrote that she has been “taking a few days to process everything that has happened”, which we assume means that she gave birth a few days ago.

She also added that she would be giving updates on her “labour story, confinement and everything that is to come” so fans can possibly look forward to more shots of Kimberly and her baby boy, whom she named Kyzen.

Earlier this year, Kimberly posted a gender reveal video to her IG page but did not specify how far along she was into the pregnancy.

What she did do, however, was to take her followers along on her pregnancy journey with regular updates of herself and her baby bump, including a pre-labour lingerie photoshoot.

Kimberly’s fellow celeb pals have taken to her comments section to extend their well-wishes.

Fellow NoonTalk Media star Xu Bin and their boss Dasmond Koh left heart emojis on her post while her Fighting Spiders (2009) co-star Edwin Goh offered his congratulations.

Fellow celeb mum Sheila Sim, who could totally relate to Kim’s words, also wrote: “Congrats Kim! Oh that feeling is magical!”
