YouTuber Royce Lee’s Spot On Parody Of The Woman Who Refused To Wear A Mask At MBS Is Absolutely Hilarious

“Do you have a badge?!”

The latest anti-masker to make the news in Singapore is a 53-year-old woman, who went viral after a video of her refusing to put on her mask at Marina Bay Sands was posted online.

The woman, who is currently being investigated by the police, had repeatedly rebuked the poor Safe Distancing Ambassador who was trying to get her to wear her mask. And for some reason, she was very fixated on the fact that the SDA did not have a badge ‘cos, apparently to her, that meant that the SDA had no authority to ask her to do anything.

Um… Okay…

In any case, the very confusing exchange is now all the rage online, with YouTuber Royce Lee, who was previously signed to Michelle Chong’s management agency, Left Profile, posting his own parody of the incident.

Oh yes, if you're wondering, Royce is the guy behind the super-viral videos parodying workers from various professions — including this one about cabin crew.

But back to the video at hand. On May 16, Royce posted his own parody of the woman who refused to wear a mask at MBS, and it has since racked up 6,500 shares on Facebook, and 145,000 views on Instagram. Not bad at all.

A couple of gems from his short video include the spot-on impression of the anti-masker, from his outfit, to the accent and body language.

Guess this can be yet another deterrent to future anti-maskers. Better wear your masks properly, or Royce will make a very unflattering parody of you.
