Last November, former Fahrenheit boybander Aaron Yan was outed when leaked photos of the star revealed that he was three-timing his ex-boyfriend. The singer then apologised for “not handling [his] personal matters properly” and scandal died down soon after.

However, a kaypoh netizen angered the Taiwanese singer-actor recently when he decided to question the star on his sexual orientation. And boy, did it not go down well. In fact, Aaron was so cheesed off, he decided to blast the netizen on his socials.

Yesterday (Sep 15), Aaron posted a screenshot of the message on his IG Stories. “Hello, I want to ask you a question. You’re gay, right?” asked the fan. To which Aaron responded, “Hello, I want to ask you a question. Why the hell does it matter to you?” He also added another tagline in red saying: “Sexual equality education fail”.

The post was also uploaded onto Aaron’s Facebook. “Sexual equality education has to start now. Thanks Mirror Media for giving me a lifetime of trouble,” Aaron wrote. Mirror Media was the Taiwanese tabloid which first published the intimate pictures of Aaron with his partners, thus exposing the star’s sexual orientation.

Fans quickly defended the singer, with many of them criticising the inconsiderate netizen.

“There are some people who don’t just lack sexuality equality knowledge, but also basic respect,” scolded a fan. “Just ignore such people, it’s not worth ruining your mood like that,” encouraged another.

Hopefully after this incident, Aaron will not have to deal with anymore nosy netizens, though we're sure he'll have a great comeback for every single one of them.
