Hongkong singer-actress Charlene Choi and her billionaire 'Mahjong Prince' boyfriend Anthony Shi may just be getting married soon-ish if rumours are to be believed.

Charlene, who is affectionately known as Ah Sa, and her boyfriend have been in a stable relationship since 2017, but the 36-year-old singer insists that wedding bells won't be ringing anytime soon. And that's because the couple has no intentions to get hitched... yet.

Or could Ah Sa just be keeping her personal life under wraps again, like her secret four-year marriage to singer Ronald Cheng which ended in 2010?

Yesterday (Aug 20), talk that Charlene and Anthony, who manages his family's billion-dollar mahjong den business, is headed for a walk down the aisle soon became a hot topic again when it was reported that the couple are living together now. Charlene was recently spotted entering and leaving a mansion in Kowloon that's said to be Anthony’s and it's reportedly not the first time she's been seen in the area after work.

Thanks to this piece of 'news', the Hongkong media are falling over themselves to cover what they assume is Charlene's impending marriage. But let’s not forget that Charlene once told the media that she would not be rushing into marriage anymore after her split with Ronald.

The 36-year-old singer actress is also not in a rush to have kids either. But that could be because she has a back-up plan. Like her Twins bandmate Gillian Chung as well as her pal Joey Yung, Charlene is in the process of having her eggs frozen.

Charlene recently told the media that she had completed her second round of egg-freezing last month, and that she now has a total of over 20 eggs successfully frozen since the first procedure in March.

“It's a form of assurance to myself. If I ever want to thaw it next time, there’s a 70 per cent chance the egg will survive when I'm ready for kids in the future, Charlene said.

    Sounds like an egg-cellent plan.
