The type of tattoo a person gets can say a lot about his or her personality and interests. But what if gets interpreted wrongly?

33-year-old Chinese actress Li Chun, who is best known for playing the treacherous Imperial Noble Consort Ling in Ruyi’s Royal Love In The Palace, became a victim of really bizarre rumours when netizens found fault with her tattoo.

Some netizens claimed that the black spade tattoo on Li Chun's left ankle was a “symbol for women who worship black male genitalia .

When we googled for it, Urban Dictionary defined the spade tattoo or the ace of spades tattoo as a calling card for white women to show they like black men . That's hardly the same as what Chinese netizens claim.

Others netizens who saw Li Chun's tattoo also added that a black spade is a symbol that’s used by “brainwashed left-wing white supremacist women”.

When Li Chun got wind of what was being said about her, she had this perfectly succinct response: “I have no idea what they’re talking about. I suggest that these people play poker during their free time [instead of] spreading false information.”
