Christy Chung is one proud mama. Recently, she posted two videos on Weibo to celebrate the success (and 11th birthday!) of her second daughter, Jaden Yen, who was just crowned the champion of a dance competition.

“Today is my dearest daughter Jaden’s birthday, Mummy wishes you a happy birthday and success in your competition! wrote Christy, 48, on Weibo. Winning is not important — what’s important is that you’re the best in my heart! I wish you health and happiness. May all your wishes come true! Love you! Happy birthday! You’ve gotten first place, and I am so happy. Congratulations and I love you.

Jayden may be a champ now, but for years, netizens have been unkindly comparing her looks to her two siblings, her mixed-race older step-sister Yasmine Ross, who’s 21, and her nine-year-old younger sister Cayla.

Yasmine is from Christy’s first marriage to British businessman Glen Ross, while Jayden and Cayla's dad is Christy's second hubby, music producer Jon Yen. Christy is now married to her third husband, hunky Chinese actor Zhang Lunshuo, The couple don’t have any children together.

Netizens have cruelly labelled Jaden as the “least attractive” of Christy's three daughters. Their reason? Cos the kid has “single eyelids” and doesn't resemble her screen goddess mum. It was also rumoured that because of Jaden’s “undesirable looks”, Christy only allowed Cayla to participate in Chinese reality show, Where Are We Going, Dad?.

However, Christy has since refuted the nasty rumour saying that the reason Jaden wasn't on the show was because she has motion sickness and is unable to go on long car rides.
