In a rare show of online PDA, Hongkong star Daniel Wu posted a picture of his wedding with model Lisa S on April 7 to mark their 10th wedding anniversary.
“On this day 10 years ago we were married in this little bit of forest in South Africa. We’ve been legal for 10 but together for 18 years! My what a journey it’s been! Thank you for being my partner, my light, my best friend and most importantly a wonderful mother to our little turd [the couple’s six-year-old daughter, Raven]. Love you babe!” the 45-year-old wrote in his caption.
According to Daniel, they chose to hold their wedding ceremony in South Africa for one reason — it was where they fell in love.
“Our life was very simple there, with no computers or other electronic devices, and we were together 24 hours [a day]. [Having] the feeling of letting go completely, I think that our love is especially sincere,” he said.
It's said that the couple often makes time to return to South Africa to get away from work and to recharge themselves, except now they have their daughter Raven with them. According to reports, they even own a small home in a village there.
