Madness, in case you don’t know, is Hongkong actor Shawn Yue’s label and both stars have reportedly been feuding for years.Edison and the follower went on to have a heated exchange, which included this, um, all caps, Pulitzer Prize-winning comment from Ed: “WE DONT STAND WITH WEAK ASSES ..... GO WEAR THE UGLIEST TIMBERLANDS EVER MADE ..... OF COURSE BY SADNESS ...... CLOT SOLDIERS WIN ..... U AINT NO SOLDIER U A TREND FOLLOWING BITCH”. 'Sadness’ is of course what Edison calls Shawn’s Madness brand and yes, the latter did release a collab with Timberland early last month.

It’s said that Ed and Shawn’s bad blood started years ago when they were both reportedly interested in Gillian Chung and had fought tooth and nail for her affection. Their rivalry hit a peak, or should it be a low point, when they, um, knocked into each other backstage at an awards show and have remained hostile towards each other. Though all three of them have long moved on — Ed is married to supermodel Qin Shupei and they have a daughter together, Shawn and his wife Sarah Wang have a son, and Gillian wed doctor Michael Lai last year — but the mere mention of Shawn, or anything related to the actor, is clearly still a sore point for Edison. But that’s not the end of this story.

Another one of Ed’s followers then posted this comment: “I have no feelings for Madness, but your friends @mreasonchan and @yeungchinwah (Miariam Yeung’s IG account) used to support CLOT over 10 years ago but now they have moved on to support Madness, why don’t you find out what your problem is?”That comment had Edison fuming and he replied (again in all caps): “THEY AIN’T MY FRIENDS SO THEY CAN DO WHAT THEY WANT… LAMES HANG WITH LAMES… THEY SMALL CITY FOLK… WE ON A DIFFERENT LEVEL… DON’T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THESE SNAKES”Waitaminute, since when did Edison fall out with Eason and Miriam? Whoever said that Edison Chen has mellowed after fatherhood has clearly not gotten on his bad side. A few days ago, Ed had posted this photo on his Instagram to promote his label CLOT’s new CNY collection.



It was all festive until a follower dropped this comment: “Hope to see CLOT X MADNESS next year!” That comment set the bad boy off who replied with this comment in caps: “NEVER THAT!!!! WE MANY LEVELS ABOVE THAT WACK SHIT...... NEVER KNEW U WAS LAME LIKE THAT TOO / BUT NOW WE ALL KNOW ...... ENJOY”
