She started getting a ton of online hate after she called out members of her former group, AOA, for bullying her.

Former idol Kwon Mina shocked everyone with a worrying IG post that was uploaded in the wee hours of April 27. She had posted a picture of what appears to be her bleeding wrist and pools of blood on the floor.

She also wrote a message that was directed at keyboard warriors whom she accused of continuously bullying her.

“Why, does this look dirty to you? Does looking at this make you feel squeamish?” the 27-year-old wrote. “All your words have forced me to do this. [You say] I’m putting on a show and [pretending to be] suicidal? You say I do it just to get sympathy; so give me some of it.”

“You tell me to see a psychiatrist, but I’ve seeing one for over a decade. Do you know why I’ve gone crazy, and have you ever lived a day in my shoes? You don’t know anything about me, but you keep stepping all over me and ripping me apart. I’ve been trying to live my best life, [but it seems like] I’m a fool [for even trying].”

Mina then deleted the post an hour after it went up.

The online hate directed at Mina is believed to have started last July, after she called out members of her former group, AOA, for bullying her.

At that time, she wrote that the prolonged abuse from then-AOA leader Shin Jimin got so bad that she had to rely on tranquillisers and sleeping pills to sleep.

Mina accused Jimin of body shaming her — when Mina lost weight to look good on camera, Jimin allegedly said to her, What’s up with your body? I f***ing hate what I’m seeing, so gain some weight.”

According to Mina, Jimin would also badmouth her whenever they got a new manager, but Mina never dared to talk back to Jimin 'cos she was too scared of her bandmate.

Mina would also collapse due to stress-induced seizures and had attempted suicide on more than one occasion. “Your name was always included in my suicide notes,” she wrote then. “[I thought] that you might feel guilty if you read [my letters] after [I died].”

Jimin dropped out of AOA a month after Mina's accusations, but that turned out to the start of more trouble for the latter, who began receiving toxic messages from haters accusing her of pretending to be suicidal just to gain sympathy and attention.

Fans have expressed their concern for Mina and have urged her to contact her loved ones for help.
