Back in the '90s, former actress Weng Hong was one of Asia's sexiest actresses, thanks to her starring roles in Category III films with really interesting names like A Chinese Torture Chamber Story, Ancient Chinese Whorehouse and Romance of the Vampires. Then, her fame rivalled that of popular sex bombs Chingmy Yau, Amy Yip and Veronica Yip.

But before she was known for her soft-porn flicks, the 1989 winner of the Miss Asia Pageant, whose English name is Yvonne Yung, was one of ATV's most popular stars.

Two decades later, it seems the 51-year-old, who announced her retirement from showbiz in 2001, has found the elixir of youth.

It's hard to believe that Weng Hong is half a century old judging from her recent pic. The star, who got her start in showbiz as a model and a dancer, recently posted photos of herself looking like a twentysomething on her 51st birthday celebration. Needless to say, the pics left her fans gushing over her ageless beauty .

“Thank you to my friends who specially took time out to celebrate my birthday! I’m so touched! Sometimes, simplicity brings happiness. I became a year older when September 17 arrived. But I am still that beautiful girl who is full of positive energy! I’m also grateful for the birthday wishes from my fans. You guys make me a better person!” wrote Weng Hong on Weibo two days ago.

Though she has retired from showbiz, Weng Hong still makes appearances at public events. She also acts in the occasional TV series from time to time.

She split from her first husband, the vice-chairman of an American casino, in 2005 after two years of marriage. In 2007, she married her second husband, a gym instructor, and they have a 12-year-old daughter named Crystal together.
