Remember the two luxury apartments that Taiwanese actress Barbie Hsu was reported to have sold in May for a cool NT$276mil (S$13mil)? Well, someone recently managed to uncover some photos of the interior and shared them on Taiwanese online forum Dcard, and it is seriously #housegoals.

The connected units, which are located on the 19th floor of a condo in Taipei’s Xinyi District, were bought by Barbie before she married Chinese tycoon Wang Xiaofei in 2010 and cover a total area of 582.8 sqm. Keep scrolling to see the pictures, which show just how spacious the place is.

Netizens, naturally, were awestruck by the size of the apartment and left comments like “You might not be able to find anyone if you played hide and seek in there” and “The bathroom is bigger than my bedroom”. Others praised how comfortable and homey the place looks despite its otherwise posh vibe.

Still, there were a handful of haters who seem to have a problem with rich people, but they were quickly rebuked by more level-headed users who wrote, “People relied on themselves to make money. If you envy them so much, why don’t you work a little harder?”

And then there were those who had more practical concerns: “Tidying the place must be very tiring unless you are rich enough to hire a cleaner.” We’re preeetty sure someone who drops millions on their pad can afford it.
