Hyun Bin & Song Hye Kyo Dating Rumours Heat Up Again Thanks To Blurry Photo; Their Reps Quickly Respond

Netizens started buzzing about the possibility of Song Hye Kyo and Hyun Bin rekindling their old relationship again after a blurry photo of what was assumed to be the South Korean superstars walking side-by-side started making rounds on the internet.

Recently, an Instagram fan account of the ‘Binkyo’ pairing managed to screengrab a low-res picture of two people out for an evening stroll with the caption “Nothing..”, which they claim was uploaded to Instagram Stories by Hyun Bin’s stylist before it was removed just minutes later.

Despite the poor quality of the photo, the figures appear to have a similar height difference to that of Hye Kyo and Hyun Bin, who are reportedly 24cm apart (that’s what the media are saying, anyway). Other than that, it’s virtually impossible to tell anything else from the photo, although its quick removal does raise some questions.

A Weibo user also recently claimed that a friend of theirs who lives in South Korea has spotted Hye Kyo and Hyun Bin out on dates and dog walks in Gyeonggi Province’s Yangpyeong County, which, by the way, is where they were previously rumoured to have bought a house together.

Before long, “Hyun Bin [and] Song Hye Kyo” became a trending topic on Weibo as netizens got into heated discussions about the former couple, who dated for about two years after starring together in 2008’s Worlds Within.

Some users mentioned that it’s impossible for the man in the photo to be Hyun Bin as he is currently in Jordan filming his new movie Bargaining. However, others pointed out that the photo was uploaded on June 28, which is about two weeks before the 37-year-old left South Korea.

There is one group of folks who aren’t exactly rejoicing at the thought of Hye Kyo and Hyun Bin reconciling, though: fans of the pairing between Hyun Bin and his Crash Landing On You onscreen love interest Son Ye Jin, who has also been romantically linked to the heartthrob. Distraught comments include “Unacceptable. I like Son Ye Jin more” and “Hyun Bin, don’t! You and Son Ye Jin are the perfect match!”.

Well, it looks like they don’t have anything to worry about ‘cos Hye Kyo’s and Hyun Bin’s reps came forward to deny the dating rumours yesterday (Jul 31), calling the news “false” and accusing the media of making things up. ‘Binkyo’ fans must be disappointed.

Both actors, like most Korean stars, are usually very private when it comes to their personal lives, although they have admitted to a few relationships in the past. Besides Hyun Bin, Hye Kyo, 38, once dated Lee Byung Hun, whom she worked with in 2003 drama All In, and of course, there was her short-lived marriage to Descendants Of The Sun co-star Song Joong Ki.

Hyun Bin, on the other hand, has only gone public with one other girlfriend besides Hye Kyo, actress Kang So Ra, whom he dated for about a year from December 2016.
