Malaysian-American model Mandy Lieu, 35, is known for fronting numerous magazines and fashion campaigns in her heyday… as well as for being the very high-profile mistress of 46-year-old Macau billionaire tycoon Alvin Chau, the CEO of junket operator Suncity Group. Alvin was rumoured to have given Mandy HK$300mil (S$52mil) as a ‘break-up fee’ when they split last year.

During their five-year affair, Mandy and Alvin reportedly had a son and two daughters together while the latter was already married to entrepreneur Heidi Chan. Then, in a juicy new update, a recent interview that Mandy did with London newspaper The Evening Standard revealed an explosive detail: they actually also have a fourth kid, a one-year-old daughter.

While the article focuses more on Mandy’s newly launched F&B biz and sustainable farming efforts (she splurged £28mil, or about S$50mil, on a 925-acre estate in Hampshire, England that she intends to turn into an organic farm), it does briefly touch on her relationship with Alvin, with Mandy saying that, with their children, they “are always going to be a family”.

She also called her ex “the reasoning voice of the family” and revealed that, like any regular dad, he asks the kids if they have finished their homework, showing that they can still get along for the sake of their children.

On Thursday (Dec 3), Apple Daily published an exclusive photo of a baby girl whom they claimed is Mandy and Alvin’s youngest daughter (see below). In the picture, the child appears to have thick hair, a sharp nose, and single eyelids, and she was described as looking more like her father.

According to reports, Mandy only found out that she was pregnant with her fourth kid after she and Alvin ended their relationship, and she gave birth in October last year. The former couple’s older children are aged five, four, and three, and Alvin also has two daughters with his current wife Heidi, as well as a son from a previous marriage.

After calling it quits with Alvin, Mandy, who moved to England when their eldest daughter Sarah was born, started working as a columnist for a sustainable lifestyle magazine and is now working to transform her fancy new estate into an eco farm that produces high-quality organic food, rent it out for holidays, and establish a retreat for people affected by motor neurone disease.

It’s believed that she broke up with Alvin due to their incompatible personalities, as well as the fact that he refused to divorce Heidi to officially be with Mandy.
