It looks like the sun is finally shining on Hongkong actor Kenneth Ma. The 46-year-old, who recently went public with his relationship with Hongkong actress Roxanne Tong, received a hero’s welcome from the public yesterday (Jun 15) while filming TVB drama Plan B on location.

Speaking to the media who were present during filming, Kenneth shared that he did not expect for everyone to react so well to the news of his new relationship. Oh, and he knows about the interview Roxanne gave about his “five best traits” too.

The topic then quickly turned to Hongkong singer-actor Andy Hui, with reporters seizing the opportunity to ask Kenneth to share his thoughts on Andy’s showbiz comeback.

“I hope [Andy’s] fine, it’s been so long [since the cheating scandal], we should all look to the future,” Kenneth said. He later added that he was “never angry” with either Andy or Jacqueline, and that the initial anger he felt was short-lived. “I hope that Andy can have a fresh start after his comeback, Jacqueline as well. I don’t know how she’s doing right now, but I hope she’ll be able to find her other half, and achieve greater heights in her career,” he said.

Super nice guy indeed.
