Rainie Yang Is Fed Up With Netizens Criticising Her Photoshop Skills, Says She’s Not An “Expert”

Wonky walls galore.

Remember when Taiwanese supermodel Lin Chiling got slammed for her excessive use of Mei Tu Xiu Xiu? Or when a fan of Julian Cheung made the actor look like an alien, no thanks to a beauty cam app?

Now, it’s Taiwanese singer Rainie Yang’s turn to bear the wrath of photo-editing nazis when she recently showed off her OOTD, which she captioned: “Minimalism”.

What wasn’t minimalist was her use of an image editing app, which left her otherwise perfect OOTD with a visibly distorted wall. And it was of course noticed by her 1.3mil IG followers.

Some responded with amusement, while others ridiculed the 35-year-old star's photo editing skills. When they pointed out her error, Rainie, who recently got engaged to Chinese singer Li Ronghao, joked: “The scary thing is that I didn't retouch that side of the pic at all.

However, the comments about her faux pas started getting meaner and Rainie’s patience ran thin. “I'm not a photoshop expert, but isn’t retouching photos these days a very normal thing to do? You guys are making a fuss over nothing,” Rainie huffed.

But it seems like Rainie hasn’t learnt her lesson from her previous #photoshopfails, with the most recent boo-boo occurring earlier this month when she was exposed (again) in two posts.
