For the past month or so, the Internet has been playing one long game of “they love each other, they love each other not” with Taiwanese star Show Luo and Chinese blogger Grace Chow, who have been together for about eight years.

One moment, they’re said to have fallen out of love due to their lack of interactions on social media, and the next, they’re believed to have kissed and made up because they posted similar Douyin videos. The plot twists never end.

In the latest update to the “they love each other not” narrative, Apple Daily recently ran an exposé courtesy of one of their readers, who shared that Show and Taiwanese actor Daikon were at a pool party in Yilan last Saturday (Apr 4) with over 20 “busty” female influencers (physical description courtesy of the reader, not us).

The netizen also shared a link to the Instagram page of an influencer, who had posted clips of the party on her Instagram Stories. One of the clips showed Daikon carrying a woman to the edge of the swimming pool with Show close behind and appearing to help throw her into the water.

This whole scene led the netizen to conclude that Show and Grace have really broken up, otherwise he would not be engaging in this kind of over-the-top behaviour in public.

Neither of them has directly responded to any of the rumours about their so-called split, which has only added even more fuel to the fire, and with this recent development, the media are saying their relationship could really be hanging by a thread.

Dating speculations aside, we personally have one even more pressing question: Is it a good idea to have such a large gathering at a time when the world is supposed to be staying home?

    Tsk tsk.
