Another kid of a star has been making waves in recent weeks and her name is Edelyn Huang, the 18-year-old daughter of Taiwanese singer Huang Pin Yuan and his ex-wife Mi’er, who is a former singer.

The 1.75m-tall Edelyn first caught the attention of the media with her gorgeous Pan-Asian looks, which she inherited from her mum, who is of Dutch descent.

But Edelyn is not just famous for her beauty. She is also highly musical like her dad and she occasionally shares clips of herself playing the piano, guitar and flute on Instagram.

In fact, the budding musician was offered a scholarship to a jazz conservatory and was supposed to leave for her studies last year, but her plans were ruined by the pandemic.

Although her studies have been put on hold, Edelyn has been keeping busy composing new music. She also performs at bars with her 24-year-old brother, who also studied jazz in a prestigious foreign university.

That's not all. Edelyn recently completed a yoga teacher training programme and is now a certified yoga instructor.

Pin Yuan, who is best known for his hit songs 'How Can You Let Me Be Sad' and ‘Xiao Wei', split up with Mi’er in 2013 after rumours that he had an affair with a 19-year-old model.

The couple has since reconciled though reports say they have no plans to remarry.
