Taiwanese heartthrob Wang Ta Lu shot to fame after starring in coming-of-age movie Our Times back in 2015. Since then he's been linked to numerous starlets and even Korean actress Kang Hanna.

These days, the 28-year-old is said to be dating make-up artist Ivy Hsieh. Although he hasn’t admitted to their relationship, she’s been spotted spending the night at his home and netizens have decided that it’s “safe to assume” that they are a couple.

Earlier this week, Ivy uploaded an angry rant on her Instagram account directed at Richard Hsieh, who is close friends with Ta Lu. “Since you have the guts to ask someone to say such things to me, I’ll give you a direct answer [through this post]. You said that you’d call me back in 30 minutes but became uncontactable after,” she seethed. “I think you’ve gone a little overboard (…) You’ve caused so many problems for me, [so how do you expect me] to just brush it aside?”

She continued, “Do you think I’m a pushover? I’m going to lay it all out for you (…) On the day that you came to my house, I asked you where your girlfriend was. You shook your head and didn’t want to talk about it.”

Ivy was far from done, as she added, “The next day you told your girlfriend that it was my fault. Isn’t that very strange? I’m telling you now. That day, when you came to my house, you tried to force a kiss on me. When you asked me if you tried anything, I denied it because you said that you would break up with your girlfriend to take responsibility for your actions. Why should I be responsible for your breakup?”

She has since deleted her post, although screenshots of it have been circulating wildly online. Whle Richard has not responded to the allegations, netizens had a lot to say about the scandal, with one writing: “Did she even go to school? What is that mess that she wrote? I had to read it again before it started to make sense.” Another netizen said: “What century are these people living in? Is forcing a kiss on someone still trendy these days?”

But there was a netizen who made a very astute observation: “I really want to know why she said yes to letting him go over to her place, since it seems that he was too drunk to even remember what happened. I can’t decide if she’s naive or silly.”

Ta Lu has stayed silent throughout the entire fiasco.
