Son Ye Jin And Hyun Bin Welcome Their First Child, A Baby Boy

Crash Landing On You stars Son Ye Jin, 40, and Hyun Bin, 40, are now parents.

Ye Jin's agency confirmed the happy news yesterday (Nov 27), revealing that she had safely delivered her son earlier in the day. 

Hyun Bin and Ye Jin tied the knot in March this year, and she announced her pregnancy in June. Their companies then confirmed that the stars were having a boy in December. 

Though Ye Jin went into labour prior to her expected due date, both mother and child are said to be doing well. 

Hyun Bin was asked about his thoughts on becoming a new dad during promotions for his new movie Confidential Assignment 2: International a few months ago.

"[I] need to work harder. The feeling [of becoming a dad] is still intangible for now, everyone has been telling me to wait and see my child with my own eyes to fully experience the feeling, and I think it's true. This is a great blessing to me, and I look forward to welcoming the birth of my baby," said the actor. 

The couple first met on the set of 2018 movie The Negotiation and went public with their relationship last year after starring in 2019 hit K-drama Crash Landing on You .
