This Week’s Best-Dressed Local Stars: Aug 13-20
The most stylish celeb OOTDs of the week.
From parties to vacays, the stars took every opportunity to dress up this week. Among the looks that caught our eye are Joanne Peh and Fiona Xie's sparkly frocks and Pierre Png's dapper OOTD.

Pierre Png
Looking smart, suave and spiffy is Pierre who took our breath away in top to toe earthy tones at the Macallan M collection launch party.

Zoe Tay
We’re loving how radiant and preppy Zoe looks in the green gingham suit and clashing yellow crossbody.

Carrie Wong
From the faux fur to the geometric pattern stockings to the deep plunging neckline, Carrie dialled up the drama at a recent Gucci shoot. Oh, and those strawberry print sleeves look super cute too.

Cynthia Koh
We couldn't help but smile when we saw Cynthia in this mood-lifting fuchsia look that matched with the equally joyful-looking pink wall. That polka dot bandana is the cherry on top.

Fiona Xie
Fiona, who was spotted at an Oscar de la Renta party, slayed in a romantic blue floral-embellised cocktail frock. Stunning!

Rui En
Rui En and her team never fail to find the coolest Insta-worthy spots. This week, the actress slipped into a part girly, part grunge look for a photoshoot at underground club Drip.

Rebecca Lim
You probably can't tell from the pic but Becks, who is in Melbourne, was freezing when she snapped this OOTD 'cos ice cream. Love the preppy aesthetic and view.

Joanne Peh
This has to be the fanciest outfit we've ever seen anyone wear on a two hour walking tour. Dressed in a Prada rhinestone dress and knee-high boots, Joanne looked lit at the media preview of the Singapore Night Festival.

Chantalle Ng
Chantalle looks 27 going on 17 in this cute get-up. Her pink and white checked cardigan added a romantic and playful appeal to her weekend-ready outfit.

Diana Ser
Businesswear but make it fashion. Diana styled a classic tweed jacket with cerulean pants for a polished boardroom-ready look that screams confidence and style.

Chen Yixin
Chao tar tan aside, we think Yixin looks cute and sporty in her printed Puma mini and colourful sneaks.

Bonnie Loo
You can't go wrong with a clean monochromatic look. Bonnie jazzed up her OOTD with blingy earrings, ramping up the fun factor for her look.

Kimberly Wang
Kimberly was spotted at the Macallan party looking classy and chic in a long blazer and a sweetheart neckline jumpsuit.

Dawn Yeoh
Werk it! Dressed in an olive Prada jacquard set and leather cuffs, Dawn put her model face on and posed like a pro for the cameras.

Herman Keh
Never mind that Herman's matching ski holiday-ready look by Moschino is too hot for Singapore, at least the Star Search 2019 runner-up looked super cool in it.

Denise Camillia Tan
Sporting classic pieces including a black blazer, ribbed top and jeans, Denise’s half business, half casual ensemble is something we'd gladly wear from office to bar.

Chen Xiuhuan
Keeping her outfit to just one colour, Xiuhuan showed us how effortless it is to nail tonal dressing. Wish she’d swapped those heels for sneakers to match the laid back vibe of her two-piece.

Oon Shu An
Also sporting an all-black look at the Macallan party was Shu An. The cutout details and peekaboo design make her dress an eye-catching piece.

Tay Ying
Tay Ying, who is rumoured to be holidaying with her boyfriend in Melbourne, looked kawaii in a Ralph Lauren teddy bear jumper, soft pink cap and skinny jeans.

Germaine Tan
Business on top, party waist down, Germaine looked confident and cool in a sleek black blazer dress. Love that she teamed it with a pair of dance floor-ready heels for a touch of glam.

Munah Bagharib
Munah, who was on a whirlwind trip to Bangkok, looked party-ready in a nude two-piece. The glittery fringe skirt put us in the mood to shimmy.
