This week’s best-dressed stars: Zoe Tay, Sharon Au, Fiona Xie, Ayden Sng & more

The most stylish celeb OOTDs of the week.

It was a relatively quiet week in terms of events, but the stars still served some pretty eye-catching looks during their regular days out, whether they were here in Singapore or vacationing overseas. Jeanette Aw, Ayden Sng, Sharon Au, and Fiona Xie lit up our screens with their vibrant looks, while Sheryl Ang and Zoe Tay put new twists on the classics. Keep scrolling for our pick of the best-dressed celebs.

Zoe Tay

Ah Jie served military chic fabulousness during her trip to Marina Bay Sands in this black funnel neck coat and clean updo. She also softened the edges with a few glamorous touches, namely her red lip and Louis Vuitton handbag.

Fiona Xie

Fiona proves that she doesn’t need to show a lot of skin to look sexy, although this figure-hugging nude-and-sunshine number from Valentino is very simplistically sensual in its own way.

Ayden Sng

Ayden’s never been one to shy away from taking a few fashion risks — we honestly don’t think many men would say yes to a fuzzy yellow drop-shoulder top and half-skirt pants, even if they’re from Dior. Then again, with his confidence and looks, pulling such a daring ensemble off isn’t exactly a challenge.

Sharon Au

An exhibition celebrating Singaporean fashion designer Andrew Gn just launched at the Asian Civilisations Museum, and Sharon got to enjoy an exclusive preview earlier this week — while wearing a gorgeous floral frock and eye-catching earrings from the brand, naturally. We’re totally not surprised everyone is going crazy over her look in the comments.

Eleanor Lee

Doesn’t Eleanor just exude ethereal princess vibes in her ivory satin set by Los Angeles-based luxury fashion label Nana Jacqueline? The bows add a whimsical girlish touch to the elegance of the outfit, making it a little more age-appropriate for the 23-year-old.

Qi Yuwu

The streets of Guangzhou served as the gritty backdrop of Ah Wu’s homecoming fashion photoshoot when he went back this week. Sure, “money talk$$$”, but so does oodles of swag and a bold sense of style, which the actor has in spades.

Joanne Peh

Accompanying her hubby to his hometown was Joanne, who kept it casual in a sunshiny yellow tank top and very roomy azure trousers as they dined at a fancy vegetarian restaurant. And yes, we certainly noticed the Louis Vuitton bag that added that luxe touch to her outfit.

Sheryl Ang

Denim on denim isn’t a new thing, of course, but Sheryl’s white Fendi combo offers something fresh with a boned bra top and a long skirt with a sexy thigh-high slit. Perfect for the hot weather we’ve been having recently.

Tyler Ten

We saw more denim on denim on another Star Search finalist, except Tyler went with some very retro grey and white acid wash, making him blend in perfectly with the boulders behind him. Guess you could say he was rocking the look.

Jesseca Liu

While some folks would prefer to shy away from too much monogram in one fit, Jesseca embraced it wholeheartedly as she pranced around a sprawling green field while showing off her ginger-coloured Louis Vuitton Capucines in a patterned sweater.

Sheila Sim

Sheila’s photos prove that boots really do have the power to completely transform the feel and vibe of an outfit. While her pleated light turquoise dress is lovely on its own, her chunky leather kicks really add a badass “girl power” flavour that, to us, suits the mama-of-two to a tee.

Diana Ser

Diana looked like a chic proud mama in a geometric print cardigan, jeans, and a cute Chanel crossbody as she posed with her two daughters, who are looking very stylish and grown-up in her old clothes. Vintage is even better when it’s hand-me-downs from your very fashionable mother.

Hazelle Teo

It’s been two weeks since the Mugler H&M party but the pieces from the collection are still looking killer, like this mesh-panelled top and miniskirt that Hazelle clearly had a fun time striking poses in at Sentosa. Black and sexy never go out of style.

Tong Bingyu

Also in something black, sexy, and mesh-panelled was Bingyu, although she brought things down to a slightly more casual notch by pairing her corset top with baggy jeans. At the very least, she’ll be comfortable from the waist down.

Tasha Low

This week’s apparent sheer and black trend continued on Tasha, but her Dolce & Gabbana dress was more on the conservative side and somewhat Wednesday Addams-esque thanks to the oversized collar and cuffs. So cute, she could take her photo inside an elevator and still look fab.

Jeanette Aw

We’re still not quite sure what it is about celebs taking their #OOTD photos in elevators. Perhaps it’s because they provide a plain but not-too-plain canvas on which their clothes can stand out against, such as Jeanette’s striking cobalt blazer here. We must say we’re digging this hot secretary look.

Jade Rasif

Behind Jade is one of the most stunning sunsets we’ve seen, but we admit it’s hard to focus on the background when the DJ is looking this foxy in her skimpy frilly printed bikini that only she can pull off.

Germaine Tan

The 987 DJ radiated absolute island babe vibes as she lounged by the pool wearing a cute two-piece plus a matching sarong in an exotic-looking print that just screams “I’m on vacation, don’t bother me”.

Zhai Siming

Gone are the days when cartoon flower patches were only for little girls — now, grown men are rocking them too. A couple of months after Christopher Lee wore something similar, it’s now Siming’s turn to slip into the Moncler Bermuda shorts, which he paired with a swaggy albeit not-very-Singapore-weather-friendly hoodie and puffer jacket. Anything in the name of fashion, right?
