Lush Acres EC 76% sold at launch weekend: CDL

SINGAPORE - Lush Acres, the Executive Condominium project at Fernvale Close launched by City Developments on Saturday, received a rousing response from buyers, with more than three quarters of the homes available taken up over the weekend.

A total of 289 units, representing 76 per cent of the total 380 homes, were snapped up, CDL said. About 37 per cent were first-time buyers, it added. The homes were sold at an average of $785 per square foot, with prices ranging from S$704,000 to S$1,275,200.

Lush Acres comprises 3 to 5-bedroom apartments, with areas from 915 square feet to 1,722 sq ft. Located a short walking distance to Layar LRT Station, the development will house four towers up to 25 storeys high.

Mr Chia Ngiang Hong, CDL’s Group General Manager, said: “We are delighted with the healthy interest for Lush Acres EC. Being situated in Sengkang, which is poised to develop into a dynamic locale under the Government’s Punggol 21 vision, Lush Acres’ top draws are undoubtedly its proximity to the Layar LRT Station, the ample amenities nearby and its attractive and affordable pricing.”

He added: “Given the popularity of ECs in Singapore plus the recent hotly contested private residential land sites in the area, buyers of Lush Acres have shown that they are confident of the value that this development offers as well as its potential appreciation.”
