SINGAPORE — Since news broke on Saturday (March 7) that Singapore singer-songwriter Taufik Batisah was tying the knot next month, the one question on everyone’s lips has been: “Who is the lucky girl?”

Taufik had initially been coy about revealing who his wife-to-be is, citing privacy for keeping her identity under wraps.

But, earlier this evening, Taufik posted a picture of the couple on his official Instagram account, revealing her to the public for the first time.

Referencing his well-known pop song, Awak Kat Mane (Where Are You), he cheekily namechecked his future bride — Sheena Akbal — garnering thousands of likes and comments from fans congratulating him on this joyous occasion.

“I’ve always been private about my personal life… but these few days I have been asked by so many friends and media about who my other half is.
