Product review: Dermal Therapy Heel Magic | 3/5
SINGAPORE — We can’t emphasise the need for smooth and well-hydrated heels. Especially if you’re in an occupation that requires a good part of your feet to be exposed, like, er, an air stewardess, or a lifeguard, or a flip flop retail assistant.
Dermal Therapy Heel Magic.
SINGAPORE — We can’t emphasise the need for smooth and well-hydrated heels. Especially if you’re in an occupation that requires a good part of your feet to be exposed, like, er, an air stewardess, or a lifeguard, or a flip flop retail assistant.
Promising to “hydrate dry, scaly and cracked heels and feet”, Dermal Therapy’s Heel Magic came as a form of respite for my parched and rough heels/soles.
Heel Magic, which has a pleasant powdery scent, took more than a couple of minutes for its ingredients (shea butter, olive oil, lanolin oil, beeswax) to be absorbed completely. But when it did, the unsightly sapped lines at the bottom of my heels were erased and they felt well-moisturised and, yes, sexy. All this lasting for well over an hour.
Though it failed to live up to its claims — “visible results in just three days on the most stubborn (of) cracks” — this nifty balm will surely come in handy for your next flight out of Singapore. Whether you’re a passenger or not. ZHANG WEIFANG
