Get Nathan Hartono's favourite dishes Spinach Tofu and Liu Sha Bao free at Tung Lok Restaurants

The Tung Lok Group is offering free spinach tofu, liu sha baos and 25 percent discount to celebrate Nathan Hartono's results at Sing! China.

SINGAPORE - Even when homeboy Nathan Hartono loses, Singaporeans still win. His excellent showing in the finals of Sing! China where he took second place both thrilled and annoyed Singaporeans who were convinced he was robbed of a victory.

Still, it was the best result a Singaporean contestant has ever gotten on a Chinese reality singing competition. The Tung Lok Group announced tonight that it is celebrating Nathan's performance with three days' worth of food promotions. It wrote on its Facebook: "Heartiest congratulations also go to Ms Jocelyn Tjioe, our Senior VP and mom of Nathan; and Mr Andrew Tjioe, our Executive Chairman and Nathan's uncle."

So diners get to enjoy two of Nathan's favourite dishes with free servings of Spinach Tofu on Saturday (Oct 8) and free servings of Liu Sha Baos on Sunday (Oct 9) at selected outlets. And on Monday, diners get 25 percent off ala carte menu when they dine in at selected Tung Lok outlets, too.

First Milo, now Liu Sha Baos. We can only wonder what's next.
