SINGAPORE — Your ultra luxe Four Seasons experience could start even before you step into any of their properties. The five-star hotel company is now taking bookings for its private jet.

Plans regarding the hotel industry’s first fully-branded private jet experience were first announced in 2012, and starting from February next year, the Four Seasons jet will be able to fit 52 guests onboard a retrofitted Boeing 757 to embark on specially-prepared itineraries. The in-flight staff includes an onboard concierge and amenities include handcrafted leather flatbed seats and Wi-Fi.

“Taking our legendary service to the skies is a natural extension of what we’ve been doing in our hotels for more than 50 years,” said Susan Helstab, Executive Vice President Marketing, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.

The price for one such experience, which takes you to nine destinations in 24 days, is US$119,000 (S$149,000). Its Around the World journey starts on Feb 9 in Los Angeles and ends March 4 in London. The itinerary includes a helicopter tour of the Kohala Coast in Hawaii, a backstage tour of the Sydney Opera House, whitewater rafting on the Ayung River in Bali and a Turkish Bath in Istanbul. Naturally, all stays at these destinations will be at Four Seasons properties. Two other journeys in April and August are also available. For more details, visit http:// www.fourseasons.com/jet.
