The free-to-download app allows shoppers to purchase items and either have them delivered to their homes or sent to a FairPrice store of their choice. It also features app-exclusive promotions.
FairPrice Online deputy general manager Dominic Ng said: “The new and improved app makes grocery shopping easy and enjoyable, which caters to time-stretched customers who are always on the go and connected via their smart devices.”
To celebrate this milestone, FairPrice Online is having a special offer till Sept 15. Enter the promo code “MOFPOLAPP” to enjoy S$7 off with a minimum in-app spend of S$75. It is good for one use only; terms and conditions apply.
TODAY SHOP TO WIN
With the TODAY Shop to Win contest, shopping with FairPrice is more rewarding because it is is the star merchant for the next two weeks.

IMPROVED USER INTERFACE
The FairPrice Online app lets you access your account and saved shopping cart across multiple devices and platforms.
In the app, the Featured and Best Sellers tabs give you quick access to hot buys. Click on Recently Viewed to swiftly recall and consolidate items. For greater convenience, you can also create shopping lists to re-order your favourite and regular items.
If you need to locate the nearest FairPrice outlets, key in your postal code, street name or area name in the app’s store locator. Alternatively, browse and filter stores based on zone or store type. Once you’ve selected your preferred store, the app will provide real-time directions.
What’s more, you can buy groceries for voluntary welfare organisations through the app. FairPrice will deliver the goods directly to them.
The app also allows you to report abandoned FairPrice trolleys and submit your feedback.
COLLECTING THE GOODS
Upon checkout, you can choose between two collection modes: Home Delivery and Click&Collect.
With Home Delivery, you can receive your order the next morning if you make your purchase by 10am. The service costs S$10.70 when you spend below S$60. Spend S$60 and above and enjoy the special rate of S$7.49. The fees include Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Click&Collect allows you to pick up your purchase at selected FairPrice and Esso stores.
Orders placed before 10.30am will be ready for collection at your selected store from 6pm on your selected date till 6pm the day after, subject to the store’s opening hours.
Take along a hard or soft copy of the order confirmation email and head to your selected outlet. You can also pass the order confirmation email proof to someone else to collect the items on your behalf.
Till Dec 31, enjoy the Click&Collect service free when you spend at least S$70. Otherwise, an administrative charge of S$3.21 (inclusive of GST) applies.
KEEPING UP WITH CONSUMERS’ NEEDS
FairPrice Online was launched in 2002 as a web portal and has since amassed more than 100,000 subscribers. With 5,500 products offered, the portal also registered a 25-per-cent increase in online orders between 2014 and 2015.
