She died at 1.55am on Friday (April 3), the Ministry of Health said in a statement.
She had no recent travel history to affected countries and regions.
She was admitted to the National Centre for Infectious Diseases (NCID) on March 31 and was confirmed to have Covid-19 on the same day.
NCID has reached out to her family and is extending assistance to them, MOH said.
