SINGAPORE — Singapore on Saturday (Nov 21) reported five new cases of Covid-19, all of them are imported.

There are no cases in the wider community for the 11th day in a row.

The infected persons were detected through proactive screening and surveillance.

The five imported cases comprise one Singaporean, one permanent resident, two work permit holders and one long-term visit pass holder.

MOH said that all five of the new cases were placed on stay-home notices upon their arrival in Singapore where they were tested for the coronavirus.

Overall, the number of new cases in the community has remained low, with no new cases in the past week.
