SINGAPORE — Titus Low Kaide, who creates content on online subscription platform OnlyFans, returned to court on Thursday (Feb 17) where he was handed two fresh charges in addition to his charges from last year.

The 22-year-old Singaporean was initially charged on Dec 30 with two counts of posting obscene photographs and videos on OnlyFans, which is known for its adult content.

He had allegedly uploaded 32 obscene photos and 29 videos to his account between April and October last year.

Low was also charged then with failing to comply with a police order issued to him on Oct 11 last year that prohibited him from accessing or using the account.

He purportedly uploaded three more obscene photos and five videos to another account that same month.

Court documents for the latest charges showed that he allegedly uploaded 20 more obscene photos and 14 videos on the second account between Nov 14 and Dec 27 last year. He is also accused of accessing his other account in November last year when prohibited by the police from doing so.

Low appeared in court on Thursday with his lawyer Kirpal Singh. A police prosecutor told District Judge Lorraine Ho that there was no plea offer on the table.

The judge instructed Low's lawyer to make representations to the prosecution and adjourned the case to March 14. Low did not enter a plea.

Those convicted of electronically transmitting obscene material can be jailed for up to three months or fined, or punished with both.

If convicted of failing to comply with the order not to access his OnlyFans account, Low could be jailed for up to six months or fined up to S$5,000, or both.

When Low was first charged, the police said that they received a report on Sept 4 last year that a man had allegedly transmitted "obscene materials in the form of images and videos of his private parts" via his OnlyFans account.

He was served with an order telling him not to access the account.

The police added that Low allegedly wrote to the OnlyFans administrators, claiming that his account was not secured, and a password reset was done. He allegedly posted more obscene material after that.
