In pictures: Day 1 post-circuit breaker

SINGAPORE — It was the first day of Phase 1, post-circuit breaker. Students made staggered returns to school, some businesses reopened and a number of people went back to their workplaces. Pet owners were also finally able to give their furry kids a haircut. TODAY’s photographers captured some of these moments.

SINGAPORE — It was the first day of Phase 1, post-circuit breaker. Students made staggered returns to school, some businesses reopened and a number of people went back to their workplaces. Pet owners were also finally able to give their furry kids a haircut. TODAY’s photographers captured some of these moments.
