SINGAPORE — The new Tampines Concourse Interchange will open on Dec 18, said the Land Transport Authority (LTA) in a press statement on Monday (Nov 28).

SINGAPORE — The new Tampines Concourse Interchange will open on Dec 18, said the Land Transport Authority (LTA) in a press statement on Monday (Nov 28).
The new interchange will serve three bus services, 18, 39 and 129. Changes to bus routes will also be implemented in tandem with the opening on Dec 18.
Connected via a 250m barrier-free sheltered walkway, the new bus interchange will complement the operations at the current Tampines Bus Interchange.
“The design of the concourse area has also been enhanced to feature priority queues with seats for the elderly and disabled... To facilitate active mobility and first-and-last-mile connectivity, the bus interchange will also feature 40 bicycle lots for commuters who cycle there,” said LTA.
Information on the new and amended bus services will be available at the affected bus stops, interchanges, and on buses. Commuters can look out for more information on the Tampines Concourse Bus Interchange on LTA’s online and social media platforms.
