National synchronised swimmers win silver medal in duet technical and free routine

SINGAPORE — Singapore national synchronised swimmers Stephanie Chen and Crystal Yap have won the silver medal in the duet technical and free routine today (June 4) after losing to Malaysia by a difference of 1.07321 on the final day of the South-east Asian (SEA) Games synchronised swimming competition at the OCBC Aquatics Centre.

SINGAPORE — Singapore national synchronised swimmers Stephanie Chen and Crystal Yap have won the silver medal in the duet technical and free routine today (June 4) after losing to Malaysia by a difference of 1.07321 on the final day of the South-east Asian (SEA) Games synchronised swimming competition at the OCBC Aquatics Centre.

Malaysian duo Katrina Hadi and Lee Yhing Huey won with an overall score of 150.9103, with Chen and Yap second on 149.8372.

Indonesia were third (139.0880).

The silver is the second medal won by Singapore's synchronised swimming team after they won the gold in the team routine and free.
