This video, sent in by Mr Ashish Peter, shows what appears to be a black mini van on fire on the CTE, under the Whampoa Flyover. The SCDF said that it received a call at about 4.29 pm stating there was a van that had caught fire on the CTE, headed towards the city before the PIE exit. The SCDF sent 2 firebikes, 1 red rhino, and 1 fire engine, and managed to put out the fire within 15 minutes of arrival. The van's engine compartment and front cabinet was damaged; however, no one was injured.
