PUTRAJAYA — A wild boar wandered into the Alamanda shopping complex on Sunday (Dec 6) afternoon, causing panic among people in the mall.

Putrajaya Fire and Rescue Station chief Shaari Abdullah said they received a call at 12.38pm about the incident.
Eight personnel and two fire engines arrived at 12.47pm. The personnel then chased the wild boar out of the shopping complex, he said.
"The animal was seen heading towards the Precinct 16 rugby field and the case has been over to the Putrajaya Corporation Wildlife Division (PPj) for further action," he told Bernama.
Mr Shaari said a wild boar shooting operation was held every Sunday at the Federal Government Administrative Centre. AGENCIES
